Ambassador’s 60+ Club
At DSB, if you are 60 years of age or wiser and want to meet new people, explore new places, and have some good old-fashioned fun, this is the place for you! Our local events include speakers, entertainment, and lunch & learns. We plan two trips per year, which can include visiting local museums and attending theatrical shows. So, if you’re 60+ years young and like to have fun – come and join us!

Lunch & Learn
Thursday, July 13th, Lunch & Learn 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM at the Community Center. Local Author & Speaker, Linda McCann will be coming to speak about Prisoners of War Camps in Iowa. (Did you know there was one camp right outside of Waverly??) She will have copies of her book for sale, as well. Lunch cost will be $8.00 for member & $10.00 for non-member.

Thursday, August 10th, 1:30 PM – 2:30 at the Community Center. Its time again for lots of winners in the great game that requires little strategy & lots of LUCK!! You are welcome to bring a friend to this event, but please RSVP for both!
